After our initial intake which includes digesting the Client Questionnaire, interviewing stakeholders and customers, and sometimes gathering and analyzing customer surveys, we take time to develop a Strategy Presentation to ensure that we've correctly distilled our research and aligned with the client.
The Strategy Presentation summarizes our key findings from the intake and also articulates the objective, problem, and what we see as the solution. The solution may be a practical step that we take (e.g. "build a better website experience that has a lower cost of ownership on an annual basis") or a new way to envision and position the brand.
This document is a great way to make sure everyone involved in the project is on the same page about the work being done and the core challenge being solved.
