Monthly Team Meeting

Dating back to 2010, when we had less than 10 employees, we began a tradition of holding a Monthly Team Meeting. Over the years, we've tinkered and evolved the format. Every 9-12 months, we reassess and try new things. This version adapted for AgencyDocs has largely been in use for several years with a few modifications here and there.

We believe a Monthly Team Meeting is a very important part of keeping the team in the loop about company developments and new business, giving people an opportunity to ask questions freely, and a way to celebrate team wins and exemplary individual behaviors.

The sections are:

• Launches
• New Business Activity
• Team Shout Outs
• Department Updates
• Demo Time

The structure is very simple, but there is quite a bit of work that goes into each team meeting. The members of our leadership team each take turns owning the Monthly Team Meeting and are responsible for gathering the necessary information and coordinating with the team to create the content. The meeting typically lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour and we hold it on the last Thursday of every month.

This doc comes in Keynote and PowerPoint format and includes some instructions and details on the types of images to use as well as what kind of information we typically include with things like announcements, team shout outs, and department updates.
